Limited Return Policy for Promenade Wine

We strive to provide you with the best service possible. However, due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, our return policy is limited. Please carefully review the following guidelines before making a purchase:

Returns: We do not accept returns for any opened wine or spirits bottles. Once a bottle is opened, it cannot be returned for any reason.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for unopened wine or spirits bottles. All sales are final for open bottles.

Store Credit: If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please contact our customer support within 4 days of receiving your order. We may issue store credit on a case-by-case basis for unopened and unused wine bottles.

Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Take a photo of any damages. We will assess the situation and may provide store credit for the damaged items.

How to Request Store Credit: To request store credit, please provide clear photos of the unopened and unused wine bottles, along with any relevant order information. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
