Delivery Area: We offer home delivery services for States accepting wine shipments
Delivery Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 6 days after the order has been successfully processed.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 12 hours of being placed during our regular business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Charges: We provide free delivery for orders over $225. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of $40 will apply.
Minimum Order Requirement: There is no minimum order requirement for eligible delivery.
Ordering Cut-off Times: To receive delivery within the specified 6-day timeframe, orders must be placed before 3PM on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking # confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully delivered to your designated location.
Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, our delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the provided contact information. If a delivery is missed, you may need to reschedule or arrange for an alternative delivery time. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
